I can assist you in finding your next home!

As a “buyer’s agent” I will search homes available for sale that meets your specifications including location, size, and price range. When you see a home that interests you I will make arrangements to take you through the home; we will discuss the home’s features and whether or not it continues to hold your interest.

We may look at several homes before you find the one that is “right for you!”

Information is important to you as a potential buyer! I will conduct research on your behalf to determine the following:

1. Home value
2. Annual Taxes
3. Appreciated values of homes in the area
4. Comparable homes and their value
5. and more!

Once you decide you want to make an offer on a home I will assist you in writing the offer and presenting it to the seller’s agent.

I will work with you every step of the way in the buying process including pre-purchase inspections, requesting remedies of defects identified by qualified inspectors, and closing.
