You will get listings already on the market and will also get listings as soon as they appear on the market!

When we find a home that you have an interet in I will research the market area and provide you with information related to what neighborhood values might be as well as research public records related to data specific to the home you wish to purchase.
I will write a contract based on your specifications and guide you through the entire buying process. I will schedule required inspections and meet with you when issues related to your home purchase arise. Together we will get the "deal" done and get you into your next home.
